Chamber Mailings
Chamber mailings are a great way to reach a targeted business audience-whether you are promoting a new product or a special event, this mailing reaches over 2,100 people. The Chamber does all the work for you by keeping the mailing list current on a daily basis, and providing for the stuffing and handling of your mailing.
Chamber Connection Mailing:
This mailing is a quarterly mailing available to ALL Chamber members on a first come first serve basis. The first 12 member companies to reserve a spot are accepted. Cost is $250.00.

This quarterly mailing is just for non-profit Chamber members: Don't miss promoting your next special event or activity. This mailing is available to the first 12 non-profit Chamber member organizations. Cost is $55.00. Effective January 1, 2009, the cost will increase to $60.00.

Mailing rules (for both mailings):
- Call the chamber office to reserve your spot in your preferred mailing. We suggest calling at least two weeks prior to the mailing date. 785-234-2644.
- In the Community Happenings mailing for non-profits, your organization's piece cannot promote a service that is also provided by a for-profit Chamber member (For examples: YMCA's fitness center/Maximus Fitness & Wellness).
- Your organization must provide 2,500 pieces to the Chamber by the deadline date. The pieces must be folded, if necessary, to fit in a #10 envelope. Maximum size is 3 3/4 " x 9". Pieces must be letter-folded by machine (no accordion folds).
- The full name of the chamber member organization must appear on the stuffer.
- We feel it is very important that the piece reflect a professional image, as it not only reflects on the Chamber, but also on your organization.
- A space reservation obligates you and/or your firm for the fee unless cancellation is received 10 days in advance of the deadline for pieces and payment.
- We will confirm your reservation by mail.
